Training services

• All Training Courses and Training Credits are subject to the Tenders Direct Training Course Terms & Conditions.
• Training Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
• Training Credits can be used to book space(s) on the following online courses: An Introduction to Public Procurement and Bid Writing, Writing compelling bids, Advanced Bid Writing Skills, & Social Value in Bidding.

Consultancy Services

• Consultancy Support and Consultancy Days are subject to the Tenders Direct Consultancy Terms & Conditions.
• Consultancy Days are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
• Consultancy Days may be used to request support with writing, reviewing, editing, planning or managing bids.

Validity & Payment Terms

• The advertised prices for Success Journeys are valid until 15 August 2025 or while availability lasts – whichever comes first – and cannot be exchanged for any monetary value.
• The full cost of the chosen Success Journey must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any Tenders Direct services. The cost cannot be split or paid for with regular direct debits.
