Success Journey Service Descriptions

Depending on which Success Journey you choose or build, you will be offered a package which includes some of the following services:

• Extra Subscription Months: These are extensions to our standard subscription periods. With our Success Journeys, we are adding 1 additional month for each subscription year; 2 years = 2 extra months (26 months total), 4 years = 4 extra months (52 months total).
• Tender Support Consultancy Days: These are 8-hour blocks of consultancy services, which can be used for a range of bid writing support; 3 Tender Support Consultancy Days = 24 hours of support.
• First-year success review & future planning: We will contact you to discuss your first year with us, and how far you have progressed on your Success Journey. We will then provide you with personalised guidance to help you with rest of your journey.
• Support Options (2-hours max each): 
  • Tendering Capability Assessment & Review – Review of the skills and experience of your team, followed by personalised recommendations to get your team tender ready.
  • Best Practice Session – Receive an overview of our recommended tendering processes, along with a range of resources to help you tender efficiently. 
  • Previous Bid Submission Evaluation – Review of a low-scoring bid, followed by an assessment of where you can make improvements – providing you with a reference to improve your bids moving forward.
  • Efficiency & Optimisation Session – Analysis of your current tendering processes, followed by an action plan to improve the efficiency of your team.
  • Outlier Low-scores Assessment – Review of anomalous low-scoring responses, providing you with guidance to prevent future low-scores.
  • Resourcing Review – Assessment of the roles and responsibilities within your bid team to identify any gaps or weaknesses in your structure.

Tenders Direct Subscriptions

• Tender Alert Subscriptions are subject to the Tenders Direct Subscription Terms & Conditions.

Training services

• All Training Courses and Training Credits are subject to the Tenders Direct Training Course Terms & Conditions.
• Training Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
• Training Credits can be used to book space(s) on the following online courses: An Introduction to Public Procurement and Bid Writing, Writing compelling bids, Advanced Bid Writing Skills, & Social Value in Bidding.

Consultancy Services

• Consultancy Support and Consultancy Days are subject to the Tenders Direct Consultancy Terms & Conditions.
• Consultancy Days are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
• Consultancy Days may be used to request support with writing, reviewing, editing, planning or managing bids.

Validity & Payment Terms

• The advertised prices for Success Journeys are valid until 15 August 2025 or while availability lasts – whichever comes first – and cannot be exchanged for any monetary value.
• The full cost of the chosen Success Journey must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any Tenders Direct services. The cost cannot be split or paid for with regular direct debits.
