Our team of industry experts can support you on your next procurement or tendering project. We work in partnership with you, combining your knowledge with our skills to produce winning tenders.
We can create your documents or simply review and provide commentary on your work – whatever meets your individual needs.
This option is usually most cost effective for a company that wants to train 4 or more people on the same topic. Plus, you don’t have to just buy one of the courses off the shelf – we are happy to blend elements of different courses to create a bespoke training day that fully meets your individual needs.
We talk to you and get an outline of your requirements. We will then review these requirements and provide you with a course agenda and quote for our services.
On the day we will provide the trainer, PowerPoint and handouts. You just need to provide a suitably sized room with AV equipment, desks/chairs, a flipchart and lunch if required.
We will conduct a post project with you and the trainer to get your feedback on how the course ran and review your delegate feedback.
Your work will be carried out by one of our highly experienced trainers. We look at the sector you operate in and find the consultant who best matches you for each individual course. All our trainers have over 10 years of experience in public sector tendering roles across a variety of disciplines.
£1595 + VAT
for up to 8 delegates
This includes all costs including trainer fee, travel, accommodation, subsistence, printing and postage. Significant revisions to course material and creating bespoke course content will incur additional costs.
Use the knowledge and skills of our experts to win more bids more consistently. They will take their tried and tested approach and make sure you produce easy to read and easy to score tenders. They will interpret the documents for you and make sure you are providing robust responses.
It can be frustrating when you put so much into a bid only to miss out on the win. Our experts can provide a retrospective look at your recent tenders and let you know what is dragging your documents down and how to rectify it. Sometimes it can help to do this between bids so you can work on your approach and be ready for the next opportunity.
We can support you at every stage of the procurement process: scoping requirements, supplier engagement, document creation, procedure management, evaluation and scoring. Whether you are new to procurement, needing support for a large project or simply running low on resources to get everything done – we can help.
