The UK's public spend on construction has been increasing year on year since 2012, and in 2019 the sector spent £30.8bn on construction contracts - a £3bn increase from 2018.
In 2020, the UK Public sector published over 17,000 construction contracts – this includes low, high, framework and DPS contracts. The UK is focusing on ‘Building back better’, with significant focus on building more homes and improving infrastructure – meaning we expect to see a significant increase in opportunities.
