ID 2837461 DoJ PSNI - CMS2020 Pre Market Engagement ***PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE*** Before launching a procurement procedure, PSNI, and Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD) are conducting pre-market engagement with a view to informing the procurement and economic operators with relation to the opportunity of future procurement requirements. The objectives of this exercise are to; Prevent unachievable projects from reaching Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) stage; Gain initial supplier awareness, engagement and opinion, resulting in a confidence around viability of concept; Gain insight to the market possibilities and potential innovative solutions; Understand risks and issues not previously considered; Inform the outline business case; and Inform the procurement strategy. The Police College NI is responsible for delivering the majority of PSNI learning, development and training. The focus of the Police College is to develop and inspire resourceful and diligent police officers and police staff who have the skills and behaviours. PSNI now wishes to explore the procurement of technology required to enhance the management of the Police College. Interested parties are requested to complete the questionnaire within the CFT documents area and return it via eTendersNI by 3.00pm on Friday 6 November 2020. Any requests for clarification relating to this exercise must be communicated using the secure messaging function on the eTendersNI portal. Responses to requests for clarification will be communicated by CPD to all interested suppliers through the eTendersNI messaging system. Your completed questionnaire should be uploaded within the eTendersNI portal via the relevant Call for Tender (CFT) clarifications messaging function.
