Notice Abstract

The Housing Executive requires a web based community grants management system for the management of a number of grants streams. The Housing Executive allocate a range of grants from a number of internal departments throughout the year, these include; the social enterprise, community cohesion, community involvement, community safety and the rural unit. The current system for processing funding applications involves manual and disparate approaches. This contract is for an initial 3-year period with options to extend as outlined in the conditions of contract. The estimated contract value provided in this notice is based on the initial contract period. Ideally the level of competition should be sufficient to achieve costs significantly lower than our estimates. If any contract awarded as a result of this competition is extended in accordance with the conditions of contract up to the maximum possible 10-year contract duration, the estimated value could be in the region of GBP 150 000 to GBP 350 000.
