— specialist services to include expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams, project management and design coordination;

— architectural services including planning, landscape, fire certs, building control, DAC and sustainability;

— engineering services to include civil, structural, environmental, mechanical and electrical and ICT;

— specialist advice and input to strategic infrastructure planning;

— health and Safety services to include possibly being appointed PSDP;

— any other services required to successfully deliver projects.
