British Library Ticketing and Customer Journey Solution The British Library are seeking a supplier to provide a flexible ticketing solution capable of managing multiple products, services and omnichannel sales, which fully integrates with our CRM system and supports the delivery of a high-quality user journey from product discovery to post-transaction communications.
