British Library Ticketing and Customer Journey Solution
The British Library are seeking a supplier to provide a flexible ticketing solution capable of managing multiple products, services and omnichannel sales, which fully integrates with our CRM system and supports the delivery of a high-quality user journey from product discovery to post-transaction communications.
The Library wishes to maximise revenue generated from all transactions, through:
•Integrating with our CRM system, improving our data management and supporting single customer view
•Enabling improvements to the UX of the online event discovery and purchase journey
•Providing the flexibility and robust processes needed to manage all our events from one platform
•Upselling products, managing donations and supporting Gift Aid.
