1) Development of the media briefs for elements included in the software schedule.

2) Research and sourcing of audio sound effects as required.

3) Scripting and recording of spoken words,songs or other background sound effects for the Family Room audio.

4) Video editing of provided material from the Client in relation to the Legacy Area.

5) Development of a touch screen interactive software for video or audio content clips within the Legacy Room.

6)Liaison and co-ordination with the Hardware Contractor (appointed under the Main Exhibition Fit-out Contractor - Elmwood Projects.

7) Reviewing and advising on hardware specification in relation to the software requirements.

8) Pre-install testing requirements.

9) Installation of software on site and provision of staff training.

1 - Please provide details of up to three contracts of a similar size or value, from either the public or private sector, where you have undertaken museum audio visual works in the last 5 years.

2 - Previous experience your company, and the skills and experience proposed team, have on projects of a similar scale and nature to the David Livingstone Birthplace Project and identifying what experience this will bring.

Scoring will be carried out as follows:-

0 - No response is provided to the question.

20 - Response provided but not acceptable, not relevant or contains minimal information or, where relevant to the nature of the question,

unacceptable or minimal experience/skills/resources.

40 - Response fails to satisfactorily answer the entire remit of the question or, where relevant to the nature of the question, provides limited relevant information or limited experience/skills/resources.

60 - Response answers the remit of the question and contains satisfactory information or, where relevant to the nature of the question, satisfactory experience/skills/resources but could be enhanced in multiple aspects.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:

Scottish National Memorial To David Livingstone Trust will incorporate a minimum 10 day calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. The Public Contracts (Contracts) Regulations 2015 (as amended) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take court action. Any such action must be started within 30 days beginning with the date when the aggrieved party first knew or ought to have known that grounds for starting the proceedings had arisen. The Court may extend the time limit for starting proceedings where the Court considers that there is a good reason for doing so but not so as to permit proceedings to be started more than 3 months after that date.
