Factory Refurbishment The project is a renovation of a factory site that needs to be made suitable for clothing manufacturing. The building requires demolition of walls, refitting windows, floors and putting in other amenities. 1. Demolition and removal of old building works – cleared for new works; 2. Blocking doorways and making windows; 3. Inserting double glazing windows; 4. Creating storage and mezz floor, insulating floors/ walls where applicable and painting and finishing; 5. Repairing existing floor due to rot and leakage; 6. Installing new electrical wiring, CCTV and security; 7. Creating canteen area for men and women; and 8. Installing boiler, heating system and bathroom facilities; Please also provide info of your: a) Experience; b) Quotation; c) Time estimate; and d) Indication of payment schedule. Please see the detailed specification of the works required. Criteria for the assessment of the quotation will be based on the following points. Please provide your answers with the quotation. Each category will be scored from 1 to 10, 10 being highest mark.
