Notice Abstract

DCC wish to appoint a Specialist Supplier to design, manufacture (and offsite test as necessary), provision of secure storage, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of vehicle wash equipment and associated infrastructure for the Client’s new Waste Transfer Station as set out in more detail in Appendix 3. The works are subject to a 12 month period of defects correction following certified Completion of the above under which all Defects shall be rectified at the Contractor’s expense in accordance with the conditions of contract. In addition, the Contractor shall provide planned Maintenance for a period of 3 years following Completion and a reactive Fault correction service for a period of 2 years following the issue of the Defects Certificate.
