- Axial resolution: < 5 µm

- A-scan rate: > 150 kHz

- Sensitivity (at 5 kHz acquisition rate): 90 dB

- 3D scanner with lateral resolution of < 10 µm

- Exchangeable scan lenses to change the focal length (e.g. from ~20 mm to ~50 mm)

- Integrated software:

 Scan position control (lateral size of scan).

 Access to raw data (spectra) and processed data (A-scans).

 Acquisition control including scan averaging and scan speed.

 Visualisation of raw data (e.g. spectrum), A-scans (1D) and B-scans (2D) in real-time.

 3D visualisation of data including rendered volumes and sectional views.
