CORK for CLONAKILTY COMMUNITY YOUTH CENTRE Clonakilty Community Youth Centre propose to renovation, alterations and construct an extension to an existing two storey building at 13 Lamb Street, Clonakilty, Co. Cork to provide a community administrative, training and youth facilities centre for its uses and other community-based groups. The existing stone faced two storey building will be upgraded, an existing single storey extension at the rear will be demolished and a new two storey extension will be added in its place. This tender relates to the appointment of a main contractor to construct and deliver the proposed works. The Main contractor will be responsible for the duties of Project Supervisor Construction Stage. The main contractor will be required to comply with the code of practice for inspecting and certifying buildings and works as defined in SINo.9 of 2014 Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014.
