All tenderers must complete the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) via the Public Contracts Scotland-Tender (PCST) portal link. Tenderers must read the ESPD in conjunction with all of the sections set out below. Failure to provide information will exclude tenderers from participation in this tender.

III.1.2) Economic and financial standing

List and brief description of selection criteria:

With reference to ESPD question 4B.6 - NHSGG&C will use it's financial evaluation matrix to assess the financial stability of tenders.

Tenderers should complete the evaluation matrix spread sheet included in the tender documents and confirm they meet the minimum requirement score. Tenderers with a score of 50 and above will be deemed to have evidenced satisfactory financial stability. Tenderers should be able to provide financial accounts when requested by the NHSGG&C.

Minimum level(s) of standards required:

With reference to ESPD question 4B.5 it is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below.

With reference to ESPD 4B.5.1b employers, (compulsory) liability insurance = 10 000 000 GBP

With reference to ESPD 4B.5.2 public liability insurance = 5 000 000 GBP

With reference to ESPD 4B.5.1a professional indemnity insurance = 2 000 000 GBP

III.1.3) Technical and professional ability

List and brief description of selection criteria:

With reference to ESPD question 4C.1.2; bidders are required to provide examples that demonstrate they have the relevant experience to deliver the services. Examples must be from within the last 3 years. Bidders must provide details of 2 instances of the organisations’ experience in delivering services similar to those described. In addition, please attach referees for each example used in this question. If you cannot provide any examples you should explain why at the bottom of this template.

This is a pass/fail question. Failure to provide 2 examples or 2 relevant examples will result in your tender being rejected.
