Education Scotland requires a copy of the Service Provider's audited accounts for the last three years. There must be no qualification or contra-indication from any evidence provided in support of the bidder's economic and financial standing.

For Question 4B.4 of the ESPD, bidders will be required to state the value(s) for the financial ratio: Net Current Assets ratio (current assets/current liabilities).

Minimum level(s) of standards required:

For Question 4B.4 of the ESPD, the Net Current Assets ratio must be an average minimum of 0.8 over the three year period.

For Question 4B.5 of the ESPD, it is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold or can commit to obtain prior to commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types of insurance indicated below:

Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance - 5,000,000 GBP

The scoring system used to evaluate the award criteria in the ITT will be as follows:
