III.1) Conditions for participation

III.1.2) Economic and financial standing

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Sufficient annual turnover to support the delivery of services to the value of circa 200 000 GBP p.a. see below minimum turnover requirement.

Evidence that the prospective supplier has the required insurance.

That nothing is disclosed by any of the financial information required to be supplied by the prospective company of discovered from Oakleaf’s other checks about the company that gives rise to concerns that the prospective company may not complete the contract because of financial difficulties.

Minimum level(s) of standards required:

Minimum average turnover of 600 000 GBP per financial year from similar contracts over the last 3 financial years.

III.1.3) Technical and professional ability

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Evidence that the company has health and safety policies and procedures and either that there have been no major breaches of health and safety laws by the prospective company or that, where there have been breaches, they have been responded to appropriately.

Evidence of having appropriate licences and approvals.

Evidence that the company has environmentally sound management measures to deliver the contract in relation to the work type, has appropriate environmental policies and procedures and either that there have been no major breaches of environmental laws by the company or that, where there have been breaches, they have been responded to appropriately.

Evidence that the prospective company has and follows appropriate equal opportunities policies and procedures and either that there have been no major breaches of equal opportunities laws (including disability discrimination legislation) by the prospective company or that, where there have been breaches, they have been responded to appropriately.

Evidence that there have been no significant concerns about delivery of any of the company’s other contracts in the previous 3 years.

Evidence of supply arrangements at least 3 organisations subject to an external regulatory regime by the prospective company over the previous 3 years.

Minimum level(s) of standards required:

Any supplier that fails to achieve any of the above minimum qualification standards will not have the economic and financial standing and technical and professional ability to perform the contract and will not be invited to tender for the contract.
