Providers are invited to tender to deliver an independent, confidential and free advice and support service that helps Hounslow residents solve their social welfare problems (in relation to welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, consumer issues, family and relationships, discrimination and immigration), meeting the service purpose and requirements set out by Hounslow Council in this specification. The working purpose of the service, expressed from the perspective of Hounslow residents is: ‘Help me to solve my problems and improve my life by giving me the right advice and support at the right time’.
