This lot is for nebulization and humidification therapy (single use disposables or reusable products) used in the course of treatment for respiratory ailments such as asthma, bronchitis and cystic fibrosis. Both nebulizers and humidifiers convert liquids into a fine mist that can easily be inhaled into the airways to alleviate respiratory symptoms.These products include but are not limited to water sterile humidification/nebulization with either connector or nebulizer adapter, mouthpiece/mask with plastic connector and adult/paediatric facemasks oxygen and aerosol mask with head strap, nasal cannulas, aerosol drainage bags.

Terms and conditions/activity based income (ABI): the terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE.

Resuscitation devices and consumables (single use products or reusable products) used in the course of manual resuscitation devices offering a reliable, affordable option for nearly every patient situation. These products include but are not limited to CPR masks, mouth to mouth face shield, resuscitation manual bag value mask (disposable), breathing/anaesthetic systems and accessories (single use products and reusable products) used in the course for delivering oxygen and anaesthetic agents and to eliminate carbon dioxide during anaesthesia. They consist of different components: breathing tubes, aerosol drainage bags, breathing system nitrous oxide filter with mouthpiece or breathing circuit.

Endotracheal and tracheostomy tubes.This lot is for endotracheal tubes that serve as an open passage through the upper airway. The purpose of endotracheal/tracheostomy intubation is to permit air to pass freely to and from the lungs in order to ventilate the lungs. Endotracheal/tracheostomy tubes can be connected to ventilator machines to provide artificial respiration. These products include but are not limited to nasal endotracheal tubes cuffed with murphy eye, endotracheal tube header comfort fix and reinforced endotracheal tube cuffed. Tracheostomy tubes both cuffed and uncuffed, fenestrated and un-fenestrated tubes.
