All Age Domiciliary Care Services - Approved Provider List The aim of the All Age Domiciliary Care service is to enable Service Users receiving care and support to lead a full life, maximising their independence, promoting health and wellbeing and supporting them to remain safe comfortable in their own homes. The service will be for all ages and all client groups, including those who are fully funded through Continuing Health Care. This will include children and young people who have been assessed as having a significant physical disability and adults who have been assessed and who have eligible needs associated with older age, sensory impairment, learning disability, physical disability, physical ill-health and mental health conditions including dementia. Admission onto the Approved Provider List is not a guarantee of work. (Information on the allocation of packages of care can be found in the Service Specification.
