GHA wishes to appoint a single supplier to provide it with Internal Audit Services for the contract period.

It is expected that internal audit service provision will commence on 1 April 2019 - 2022, with the possibility of a further 2 x 1 year + 1 year extension to the audit contract. The extension of the contract will be entirely at the discretion of GHA. The contract is subject to re-appointment annually.

GHA is using the ESPD attached and will be scored according to the scoring methodology in the attached project particulars document.

If you fail to provide all the required and requested information and below you will FAIL the ESPD and in turn the Tender Requirements and you will be disqualified from the tender process.

If you provide all the information requested at stage 1 and following the scoring of your submission by a panel, as per the scoring methodology in the Project Particulars document, if successful, you will pass the ESPD and you will proceed to stage 2 and receive an Invitation to Tender and Quality Assessment which will be scored following submission. Failure to provide the information will result in a FAIL and you will be removed from the process.
