The aim of the programme is to improve the induction and rotation process for all doctors in training enabling rotations between NHS and non-NHS organisations to be efficient and to avoid unnecessary duplication of employment, deployment and induction processes.
The intention of the programme continues to focus on improvement across the core principles: http://www.nhsemployers.org/your-workforce/recruit/streamlining-programme/doctors-in-training
