Notice Abstract

We're inviting proposals to provide communications services for Nesta. Share Our Communications team aims to raise Nesta’s profile and engage new audiences with the work that we do. We work hard to embed Nesta’s purpose throughout our communications, stitching together our different activities to tell the Nesta story. We run a number of major campaigns each year including New Radicals and Predictions, host a packed events programme including our one-day festival FutureFest and publish a high volume and range of digital content on our channels. We're inviting proposals from candidates for the provision of a range of communications services. Our aim is to have a small number of suppliers for each type of service on framework agreements. We're interested in working with suppliers of different sizes to meet the varying requirements of the range of jobs that we commission. Invitation to tender: for communications services You should be able to provide one of more of the following services: •Graphic design, including the creation of graphs and infographics and layout of text and image. Typical final assets could be: reports (usually ranging from 5pp-300pp), brochures, posters, postcards, banners, social media cards or workshop materials. •Digital content, which could include: data visualisations, animation, interactive timelines and/or infographics. •Video production, including filming our events or location-based case studies and post production and editing. •Strategy and implementation of specific PR projects and/or media training. This could include: campaign planning, production of materials, media relations, media training and evaluation. •Copywriting, sub-editing and proofreading, including for publications and online content features. Proofreading in line with our house style. •Printing, including for: reports, brochures, branded collateral and materials for events (banners, polyboards etc.) We strive to print on paper from sustainable sources and use biodegradable inks where possible.
