Dorset Council currently commissions a range of services to promote independent living and is now seeking a development partner to work with the Council on the development, provision and management of a technology enabled care service (TEC) (whole of life). The total budget for the service is 3 555 230 GBP over the whole 5 year contract. However to enable the Council to maximise the opportunities from this service and accommodate future growth there may be an additional 1 000 000 GBP of funding over the 5 years, depending on the Council's budget position.
