Contract term will be for 24 months with a possible extension of 2 x 12 month periods.

Minimum number of suppliers invited to the framework will be 3, maximum number will be 6.

The staff are required to provide ‘as and when’ support and care to service users in:

(a) their own homes (2 geographical locations);

(b) 3 nursing homes;

(c) 5 registered care homes;

(d) 7 supported living projects.
