Historic Environment Scotland (HES) requires consultancy services to develop a Conservation Management Plan for the woodlands and landscapes associated with Doune Castle. The purpose of the plan is to allow HES a better understanding of the significance of the Castle's Landscapes and woodlands (Cultural, historic and natural), identify possible threats and opportunities and put forward proposals for the appropriate management of the property.

Applicants should be suitably qualified landscape professionals such as Landscape Architects, and proof of registration with a professional body at chartered level will be required. Experience of working with historic landscapes is essential and should be demonstrated within the application.
