The lot requirement is to provide resource and experience of risk management techniques to help the authorities develop their risk management arrangements and provide practical solutions on how to embed these into the organisation. The procurement involves the establishment of a framework agreement with several operators.

Envisaged maximum number of participants to the framework agreement: 4

Justification for any framework agreement duration exceeding 8 years: Best Value and to address potential investment required by the provider. The longer term arrangement (4 years + extension 1 +1 years) is to encourage many public sector bodies to join the framework and to achieve competitive price being offered by bidders. This will enable contract end date alignment to support London Audit Group procuring a pan-London multi-supplier framework.
