    NHS South of England Procurement Services (SoEPS), acting on behalf of Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the provision of a Lead Employer Services in the North East. HEE NE would like to invite appropriate organisations to respond to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of the Lead Employer arrangement as set out in the service specification. This document sets out the requirements and the criteria to be used in the evaluation and provides information regarding how the Tender process will be managed.     Description of the goods or services required
