Notice Abstract

Dacorum Borough Council requires support from a trusted and highly skilled partner, in the identification, design and delivery of a Proof of Concept (PoC). The 2 PoC projects will be part of the Technology work stream that is part of the Council wide change programme. The following TWO distinct work packages are required: 1. 3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Qualifications :

You must provide evidence of having completed the following within the last 3 years. Failure to provide adequate evidence of this will result in your tender being REJECTED and not scored. • Examples of two projects which demonstrate your experience in the design and delivery of RPA within the public sector and preferably with Local Authorities. • Provide contact details for 2 references, the Council will want to approach some or all of the organisations named in your responses. • Your experience working with senior management in public sector bodies and preferably with Local Authorities • Examples of at least two public sector / Local Authority projects which, as a result of engagement, have realised tangible, quantifiable benefits (please list) • Experience of having used research and benchmarking in order to understand market trends. Companies bidding for this work must be ready to commence the projects by: Monday 30 September 2019 at the latest.
