The sourcing and provision of high quality, trained and fully vetted temporary clinical and healthcare staffing using framework approved supply chain. The Neutral Vendor does not supply temporary workers directly from their own resource pool.

The Neutral Vendor would be the contracting authority’s only point of contact not the supply chain directly. The Neutral Vendor would manage the supply chain and invoice the contracting authority on behalf of the supply chain.
