Lay Plan creator software for Gerber Cutting Machine

Basic Premier Limited, established in 2012, is a fast fashion garment manufacturer specialising in ladies and children’s leisurewear. We are a well-established business with a strong reputation in the industry. We are capable of producing orders within 2 weeks from receiving patterns/ fabric/ trims and can turn around our own garment designs for bulk orders within 4 weeks depending on fabric availability.
We currently have a backlog of orders which have been held up by the fact we need to make time to manually create the markers, which has undermined our own designing element. Once this software is installed we should be able to achieve our former capacity within a matter of weeks, whilst also creating some additional sewing jobs.
We have shown ourselves to be highly capable of delivering such targets through the fact we have evolved from a strictly CMT only business to a full design and manufacture business for large volume production. We have previously purchased a second laying table back in 2015 in order to double the output of our cutting room. This was achieved within the timescales we had specified and set. This highlights our ability to deliver on projects of this nature.
Our cutting room is highly skilled however as mentioned above we are limited to the fact that we have to manually create markers on the cutting table this would be much quicker and efficient if we had the necessary software. This would allow our cutting manager to create markers on the computer without the need for manually laying patters and creating markers on the cutting table itself.
The system we are looking to acquire will need to be compatible for use with a Gerber automated cutting machine. It will need to be available on-site, ideally installed onto the workstation in the cutting department. It will need to be fully licensed software and some training of staff to use the system will be required in order to ensure we achieve the most out of the software.
We will also require some support should technical issues arise in the months following install. However, we feel with the appropriate training this would be minimal as most teething issues would be encountered within days of the install as we plan to use the software as soon as it's installed.

1x Accumark Explorer version 220.127.116.11 with 1 year service support and installation
