ng homes requires a suitable contractor to carry out annual servicing and reactive maintenance to the CCTV installations within ng homes stock. The CCTV cameras are a mix of external and internally placed cameras in public areas. The central control hub for the installation is housed within the associations concierge offices in Springburn, Glasgow.

The cameras are spread throughout ng homes properties within Springburn and Possilpark, Glasgow.
II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The works comprise annual servicing and reactive maintenance to the CCTV installations within ng homes stock. The CCTV cameras are a mix of external and internally placed cameras in public areas. The central control hub for the installation is housed within the association’s concierge offices in Springburn, Glasgow.
The contractor will also provide a comprehensive out of hour’s service including all Employer public holidays and Employer office closures.
The contractor will be required to have regular liaison with senior management and site supervision to monitor and refine site practice and quality control.
The contractor’s senior management and site supervision to attend monthly contract progress meetings.
The contractor is required to develop the most effective and efficient systems possible from reporting of repair to invoicing for the benefit of both the Employer and contractor taking account of the Employer's requirements to be able to measure performance in terms of timescale, cost, and quality of each repair.

The ESPD will be assessed to ensure all bidders pass the threshold criteria for working with a pubic body and questions 4C1.1/4C1.2; 4C6 and 4C10 scored. The five highest scoring tenderers who have passed all other section will go through to the tender stage of the procurement procedure. If less than five bidders pass all sections of the ESPD then only the bidders who pass all sections will be allowed to proceed to tender stage.

This is a Dual Stage procurement. Bidders must first pass the ESPD stage before being invited to complete the tender documents. The DRAFT ITT should be read prior to an interested party attempting to complete the ESPD as it will assist interested parties in deciding if they should apply for this contract.
