Initial term will end on the 30.9.2023. There is an optional 3 year extension which is at the sole discretion of the Council.

The Council will evaluate the SQ in line with the published quality criteria outlined in this document. Following the evaluation process, the Council will invite the 3 highest scoring bidders to submit Initial Tenders. In the event that more than 3 highest scoring bidders are tied, the Council will invite all tied highest scoring bidders to submit Initial Tenders.
