Offers are invited, subject to the terms of this letter and also to the terms of offer, for the supply, in accordance with the NHS terms and conditions of contract of the goods/services detailed in the specification.
Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust, the contracting authority, is looking to award a contract for an iCaSH Clinical Laboratory Diagnostic Service.
The contract will identify a provider who shall provide a comprehensive clinical laboratory diagnostic service within an overall system of resilient pathology service provision that must, but not limited to, provide:
— meet the service needs of the designated contraception and sexual health services,
— act as an enabler for the delivery of clinical services across iCaSH,
— improve overall user and patient experience and optimise the patient journey, and
— improve clinical outcomes and streamline clinical pathways.
Clinical laboratory diagnostic services including:
(iv) microbiology including bacteriology;
(vi) cytology with HPV testing where indicated, as per National Cervical Screening Programme guidelines;
Interested suppliers must first register on SourceDogg to access the selection questionnaire (SQ). The fixed and firm closing date for responses to the selection questionnaire is 16.00 30.8.2019.

The selection questionnaire (SQ) is now available to be completed. A completed selection questionnaire needs to be submitted before 19.8.2019. Please only submit a selection questionnaire when you have reviewed the draft invitation to tender (ITT) procurement documents.
