The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking to establish a Framework with reputable, suitably experienced and qualified organisations or groups of organisations to provide an innovative, creative and flexible programme of day activities for adults with learning disabilities, including those with complex healthcare needs. This is to give advance notice to potential suppliers that may be interested in discussing with the team the requirements and applying for this future contract opportunity.

Lot 1 - A programme of developmental activities for adults with learning disability
Provision of a wide range of activities that people can participate in individually or in groups delivered in a range of premises. This must include indoor and outdoor activities and consist of activities which develop cognition, social skills, life skills, employability and physical and mental health. The programme must include participation in community activities; it must not consist solely of activities delivered in one centre in which all participants have learning disability.
Lot 2 - Support for individuals to participate in mainstream activities
Provision of support to enable people with learning disability to participate in a wide range of mainstream community activities in a range of premises. This includes provision of support to people individually or in groups to enable them to participate in activities and support for adaptations by mainstream community activity providers to enable them to include adults with learning disability. This provision includes indoor and outdoor activities which develop cognition, social skills, life skills, employability and physical and mental health. The provision must not be activities where all participants have learning disability.
Lot 3 - Single activities and clubs, including peer led activities
Provision of single activities or clubs on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.
Lot 4 - Day centre support for people with learning disability who also have autism who have high/complex needs and behaviour that challenges
Provision of a structured but flexible programme of centre based and person centred individual and group activities to meet identified individual needs, develop people's skills and facilitate their participation in the community.
