Notice Abstract

ID 2242207 - DoF DTS - PME for next phase of MyNI – Social Web The Department of Finance is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a Contract with a Contractor that can work with the Social Web Project Teams to further develop the Social Web team and its digital/content marketing services – removing perceived barriers and driving change in mind-sets within NICS towards the use of digital communications and social media. We are also looking for support to amplify messages and activity across a range of channels that will allow us to reach our key audiences. Prior to initiating the procurement the Department wishes to establish the level of interest in participation from the market. Department of Finance (DoF) and Construction and Procurement Division (CPD) are conducting a pre-market engagement with a view to preparing the procurement and to inform economic operators and to warm the market to the opportunity of the future procurement requirements. Suitably qualified and experienced suppliers, who may have an interest in this project are invited to complete the attached questionnaire to assist the Department in gaining a better understanding of the feasibility of the requirement; capacity of the market to deliver; indicative costs to deliver; additional aspects that could be considered and any possible risks or limitations. Interested parties are requested to complete the questionnaire within Annex A and return it via eTendersNI by 3.00pm on 2nd August 2019. Any requests for clarification relating to this exercise must be communicated using the secure messaging function on the eTendersNI portal. Responses t requests for clarification will be communicated by CPD to all interested suppliers through the eTendersNI messaging system. Your completed questionnaire should be uploaded within the eTendersNI portal via the relevant Call for Tender (CFT) clarifications messaging function. Instructions on how to submit your feedback can be found within the Interactive Walkthrough available through the homepage of the portal.
