East Lindsey District Council invites tenders for an on premise hosted replacement of its case and document management system. The Council currently uses Idox client software called Acolaid as the Case Management System and Idox Document Management System for the following Service teams:
— Planning Enforcement,
— Environmental – Crime, Scrap Metal and Caravan Site Licensing,
— Environment Health,
— Land Charges,
— Housing Grants - Disabled Facilities Funding (DFGs),
— Housing Standards,
— Building Control,
— Neighbourhood Teams.
