Appointment of IST for Village Improvement Scheme - Killeshil, Edendork, Bush, Moortown and Sandholes THIS CFT SUBSTITUTES CFT 2257230 Mid Ulster District Council are implementing a Village Improvement Scheme which is included within the Local Action Group (LAG) interim strategy under the Rural Development Programme (RDP) 2014-2020. The LAG has allocated grant aid for the implementation of major and minor works programmes within selected villages. Council will contribute funding of 25 percent to compliment the 75 percent funding from RDP. As part of the programme it is proposed to construct: - Killeeshil (GAC) - Installation of Path, Kerbing, Drainage and Lights/ducting including columns and electrical installation. Removal of vegetation and a small section of fencing associated with works. Edendork (GAC) - Creation of a Car Park, including but not limited to, associated regrading, surfacing, drainage, kerbing and white lining. The Bush (Protestant Hall)- General Improvements including but not limited to roof cleaning, resurfacing of car park, white lining, installation of a new fire door, CCTV system, bollards, fencing and gates. Moortown (GAC)- Installation of a reinforced concrete ball wall and associated works including but not limited to surfacing. Sandholes (Presbyterian Church) - Installation of a sensory garden including but not limited to paths, planting, fencing, gates and street furniture.
