The contractor shall comply fully with the requirements for contractors NIE HSG-007 Issue 3 issued with this tender package. non-compliance may result in the contract manager instructing the contractor to leave the site.

All persons working on site must have completed an appropriate course of training on the application of the NIE Safety Rules.

They must be assessed and deemed competent to hold an appropriate Nomination/Authorisation to work in a substation on or in the vicinity of electrical equipment under NIE Safety Rules.

The schedule of rates applicable under any extended period will be subject to agreement between the contracting entity and the economic operator that is a party to the relevant Framework Agreement.
