EMSCU is acting on behalf of the Contracting Authority to undertake a compliant EU tender exercise using the light touch regime under Schedule 3 (open procedure) of the Public Contract Regulations (2015) to establish a national Framework Agreement for IT Training Programme. The framework will be established with the intention of attracting a wide range and varied supply base for police authorities established under section 3 of the Police Act 1996 In addition, a police participant established under Section 2 of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967; the Northern Ireland Policing Board; and all non-geographic police forces and law enforcement agencies shown at http://www.police.uk/forces
