Manchester City Council is a democratic organisation run by 96 elected Councillors, representing the 32 wards within the city. There are approximately 7,500 officers who deliver the policies created by and agreed by Councillors, who are led by our Chief Executive Joanne Roney OBE.
Manchester City Council (MCC) wish to procure a system which will allow the Democratic Services Legal Team to manage requests submitted by members of the public in relation to:
• Freedom of Information (FOI)
• Subject Rights (SR)
• Environmental Information Regulation (EIR)
