II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The appointed suppliers will be required to supply non operated miscellaneous, specialist plant, equipment and self drive commercial vehicles to CORMAC Solutions Ltd, and potentially to the Corserv group of companies and the whole of Cornwall Council or their successor in title. Whilst there is no guaranteed quantity or spend, the estimated value is likely to be in the region of 200 000 GBP per annum. The potential estimated total value is likely to exceed this range of spend if other organisations decide to participate. The range of equipment includes (but is not limited to): — portable traffic lights,

— drilling equipment,

— portable chemical toilets,

— storage,

— welfare and accommodation site cabins,

— tractors,

— specialist pumps,

— specialist lifting equipment,

— self drive vans and

— commercial vehicles.

The intention is to appoint all successful tenderers. The evaluation criteria will be based on 100 % price.
