Description of the goods or services required
This Tender is for the provision of Modern Communication across Group properties and specifically for:
• Enterprise capabilities for existing L&Q Unified Communications (based on the Microsoft Office 365 Platform)
• Seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Platform to support contact centre operations
• Provision of a modern Work Force Management solution for the Contact Centre
• Provision of support services for both Work Force Management and Contact Centre Solutions over a period of three (3) years
L&Q is seeking a single suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to provide high quality Services supported by robust management and quality control processes.
Tenderers will need to demonstrate that they have the requisite skills, infrastructure, resources and procedures already in place to perform the Contract to the standard required by the Group.
Any successful tenderer shall be responsible as a minimum for delivering the requirements in Addendum, D and H and this Section D. L&Q require each Tenderer to provide details of how they shall meet the requirements in addition to answering several questions which shall, in combination, form the basis of the technical/quality evaluation.
