Notice Abstract

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership on behalf of the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board are seeking for one supplier to provide Medical Stationery - Triple R Labels and Bags for Electronic Test requesting and results reporting (TRRR) at the Cardiff and Vale University Health BoardElectronic pathology test requesting is a module of WCP, developed and made available to health boards by the NHS Wales Informatics Service (NWIS). The e-TR module is integrated with the All Wales Welsh Laboratory Information Management System (WLIMS) – TrakCare Lab.Electronic Test requesting and results reporting (TRRR) enables Clinicians to request pathology tests electronically rather than using paper forms. The A5 test labels are printed locally and attached to the specimen bottle. The A5 sheet is then attached to the specimen bag which has an adhesive.e-TR is available to use on 59 inpatient wards across Cardiff and Vale hospitals.

1. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the contract in whole, in part or annul the tendering process and not award any contract.

2. Bidders should note that they will be required to enter into terms and conditions of contract as set out in the ITT and that save for matters of clarification or consistency the Contracting Authority will not negotiate the terms.

3. The Contracting Authority will not accept completed ITT's after the stated closing date.

4. All documents to be priced (where applicable) in sterling and all payments made in sterling.

5. All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of the bidders.
