The address of the project is Newhouse Road, Perth, between numbers 11 and 23.

The works comprise construction of 4No. townhouses, 6No. end terraced houses and 3No. Mid terraced houses. The construction will be timber framed kits with a mixture of facing brick and render finished external walls with pitched tiled roofs.

Heating will be natural gas with PV’s.

There are currently three storey tenements on the site which will be demolished in advance of construction, the site is steeply sloping.

The works will include all associated external works, drainage and external services.
