NHS Digital have a MOTO on 3 floors in an HMPO building in Southport. We are looking to consolidate that space down to 2 floors and a small amount of reconfiguration is required to achieve that. The 2 floors being retained will total c1000m²
As an organisation we are moving to a smart working culture and have a growing need for more modern, appealing spaces with break out / away from desk collaboration space, both formal and informal, as well as a growing demand for whitewalls.
Whilst the scope of works at Southport is small, this is a significant piece of our Estate consolidation and refresh programme.
Whilst we will look to empty to core area for up to 2 weeks, essentially these works will be undertaken in a live environment, so we will need to work smartly with every effort taken to minimise disruption. Evening and weekend works are likely and require NHSD Supervision. Parking onsite is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
A suggested schedule of works has been provided to help standardise the cost submissions. Suggestions to improve, save money, add value or 'optional items' should be included as an annex to the cost schedule not in place of any item on there.
