The Dementia Learning and Development group has been established to help us take forward those actions. Total quantity or scope of tender

Budget:

There is an indicative budget for this project of £20,000 (inclusive of any VAT); we expect realistic pricing from suppliers which includes a breakdown of activity, including expenses.

The Supplier will provide full financial breakdown of the costs associated with the project for consideration through the evaluation process.

Prices must be quoted in pounds sterling and clearly state if VAT will or will not be charged.

Length of contract:

The contract will run until January 2020.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

The Supplier is expected to:

- develop and test a set of engaging, bilingual learning resources that are clear, easy to use and support a reablement approach to supporting people with dementia and memory problems

- design the resources to be suitable for professionals to access directly, i.e. as individual learners or for use in training groups

- include a range of tools and materials that can be used in day to day prac-tice

- draw on existing resources, evidence from literature and the lived experi-ence of people living with dementia

- make clear links to the skilled section of Good Work

- avoid duplicating or repeating existing resources

- engage with Social Care Wales, Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW), Public Health Wales and key partners including the Reablement Learning and Improvement Network in the development of the materials

- ensure learning materials are accurate, accessible, informative and reflect current legislation and policy

- adhere to agreed branding, design and style requirements
