The Impact of ADHD on Children with learning Difficulties Birmingham Childrens Trust (https://www.birminghamchildrenstrust.co.uk/) Residential Care Home Sector seeks a Learning and Development or Health Practitioner to deliver x3 one day courses on the subject : “The Impact of ADHD on Children with learning Difficulties” A suggested course aim is: To widen the practical knowledge of ADHD in Children with Learning Disabilities and the implication for practical management. We are inviting competitive quotes for this training development and delivery project. The course attendees will be staff who are working in Disabled Children Residential Care Homes as: - Residential Child Care Officers - Waking Night Officers - Assistant and Deputy Home Managers - Home Managers - Cooks or Domestic Cleaners Further Background for your info: - All our homes have Children who are on the Autistic spectrum and this is referred to in the home’s statement of purpose - The homes look after children who are verbal and non- verbal. - The use of Makaton as well as the Picture Exchange Communication System is standard practice for our homes Please respond with: Your experience of working with disabled children Your Course Aim and Learning Objectives Your Course Outline Your Daily Trainer fee to include any delegate packs / hand outs, and any development costs.
