One YMCA is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide a fully-managed suite of IT support services, including service desk management, network management, and infrastructure development to support the ‘modern workplace’.We run a diverse set of services, across a number of centres throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire; services include housing for the homeless, children and family services, community hubs, nurseries and community gyms.We are currently developing an ambitious organisational strategy: Mission 25. The ‘Going Digital’ strand of the strategy focuses on innovative use of digital tools to radically improve our offering to service users and to our staff. We are at an early stage of this transformational journey and are looking for a forward-looking partner to provide proactive support, guidance and technical expertise to help us realise the benefits of our digital investments.
