The project will consist of an extension and alterations to the existing arts centre at 20-22 Hawkin Street building to providing modern performance and multi-use spaces, offices and café, for North West Culture Partnership, as well as enhanced facilities for visitors to the centre and space for nurturing and developing art based community activities. An ICT with full design responsibilities has been appointed and has developed the design to Stage 4 – Technical Design (RIBA Plan of Work 2020 Stage 4).
