Salesforce Data Backup Tool
The Trust is a not-for-profit social enterprise established to shape, support, champion and lead a thriving National Citizen Service. It was set up by Government in 2011 to tackle some of the biggest social challenges in the UK. Through a wide range of community programmes and projects for young adults, the NCS looks to build social cohesion, mobility and engagement.
National Citizen Trust are keen to reduce risks of Salesforce data loss or manipulation
and are therefore looking to engage with a relevant organisation to provide consultancy
related to the implementation of a Salesforce Data Backup Tool to facilitate secure and
compliant automated backup and restoration of Salesforce platform data as well as the provision of the associated licenses on an annual basis
The scope of work/deliverables expected of the organisation can be broadly broken down into the tasks;
- The implementation of the relevant Salesforce Backup Tool.
- The provision of the licenses of the relevant tool on an annual basis where applicable
- The provision of technical training, guidance, and support to relevant members of the National Citizen Trust team. Training should be provided to 3-4 technical admins who will be managing the platform, while guidance on best practices and processes around backups should also be provided.
- A high-level review of solution options.
